Henry graduated with a bachelor’s degree from New York University Stern School of Business. Prior to being COO of Ricoma, Henry worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division. As COO, he focuses on building processes and infrastructure to ensure high efficiency among teams. Henry is also in charge of new product development that extends beyond Ricoma’s core business. On the weekends, he enjoys reading and binge-watching Netflix.
As VP of Operations, Miguel is an eager people person dedicated to helping customers find business opportunities and colleagues tackle projects. Curious by nature, Miguel has worked in the export industry for nine years, traveling through Latin America, Europe and Asia developing business relationships. When he's not working, Miguel spends his days boating through Miami with his wife and friends.
Valeria graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design. Currently, she works as Ricoma's marketing manager, where she oversees all marketing operations from social media to email marketing and content development. Valeria also works with design, developing graphics for print publications and UI/UX for Ricoma’s websites. On her free time, she loves to travel, learn other languages, cook, and spend time with friends and family.
Laura graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Prior to working at Ricoma, Laura wrote for several news publications covering music, fashion, food and more. Now, she is a full-time content specialist, writing all Ricoma-related content and embroidery blogs. If she’s not at Ricoma, Laura is probably planning a weekend excursion to a famous food spot – or to a funky boutique.
Dave is an account executive who specializes in commercial embroidery machine sales. With 30 years of experience in the screen printing, embroidery and ad specialty businesses, Dave is a true expert in the decorated apparel industry. On his free time, Dave is probably spending time in Georgia with his kids or riding around Miami on his motorcycle.
Carlo graduated from Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and played rugby. At Ricoma, Carlo works as a business consultant in helping clients start and expand their embroidery businesses. When he's not at Ricoma, Carlo enjoys traveling to sunny destination spots, cooking healthy Italian-inspired dishes and staying fit at his local crossfit.
Mark is a dedicated customer success specialist who loves his profession. As a detailed and patient person, Mark's customer support role fits his personality. Truly passionate about his profession, Mark will go the extra mile to ensure that customers are satisfied with their tech support. If he's not at Ricoma, Mark is probably cruising on his jet ski or performing some kind of outdoor activities.
Diana has been working at Ricoma for four years and is responsible for all shipment-related operations. Diana is your go-to person for outgoing and incoming freight shipments for containers, LTL, UPS or FedEx. She also troubleshoots problems with delivery or damaged goods during the shipping process. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing volleyball and, of course, fine dining.
Jack handles purchase orders and coordinates with logistics to ensure inventory needs are met on a timely basis. He communicates with our factory frequently and supports our customer success team by managing the parts inventory. In his spare time, Jack likes to cook and spend time with family.
As Ricoma's Accounting Manager, Jane oversees billing, day-to-day bookkeeping, and accounts receivables and payables. She also coordinates with logistics and keeps track of inventory. On her spare time, she likes to travel, watch cooking shows and dance as part of a recreational dance team.
